AdRestore offers services related to Google Ads suspension appeals and PPC management. By engaging our services, you agree to pay for any services provided according to the terms in your contract or agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information regarding your business, Google Ads account, and any other materials required to fulfill the service. Failure to provide this may affect the outcome of the service.
Google Ads suspension and reinstatement work is provided on a no fix, no fee basis. There is nothing to pay up front: we invoice our agreed fee only after Google reinstates your account, and if your account is not reinstated, you owe us nothing for that work. The 14 days of post-reinstatement support is included in that fee. Google Ads management and any other services are charged at the rates and on the schedule agreed in writing before work begins, and fees for management already delivered are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing. Any work requested outside the original agreement will be quoted and agreed with you before it starts, unless we agree a different arrangement in writing.
AdRestore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, resulting from the suspension of your Google Ads account or the performance of PPC campaigns.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms. If terminated, you remain responsible for any fees due.
All content provided on our website, including text, images, and other media, is the property of AdRestore and cannot be used without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
