Ad Restore Ltd is a UK Google Ads suspension recovery service registered in Scotland, with its registered office in Dumfries. Reinstatement work runs from £500 to £2,000. Nothing is charged up front, no invoice is raised until your Google Ads account is back, and if it is not reinstated there is nothing to pay. Where a case falls inside that range depends on the policy Google has cited, how the account is built, and how much of the underlying problem is still unresolved when you come to us. The figure is agreed at the free consultation and written into a proposal before any work starts, so you never receive a number you have not already seen and signed.
Definition: the fee covers diagnosis, documentation and the appeals themselves — the work of establishing what Google objected to and evidencing that it has been fixed. It does not cover changes to your own website, and it does not buy a reinstatement, because reinstatement is Google’s decision and nobody can sell you that.
Why there is no fixed price list
Two accounts can carry the same suspension notice and take completely different amounts of work. The clearest example is the account type. Google Ads runs in two modes: Smart mode, where Google’s AI configures Smart campaigns for you, and Expert mode, the full product with Search, Display, Shopping, Video and Performance Max campaigns and the whole settings tree behind them. A Smart mode account has far less surface area to audit and far fewer places for a policy problem to hide. An Expert mode account with several campaign types, multiple domains and a long change history is a substantially bigger job for the same policy citation.
On top of that sits history. An account on its first appeal is a different case from one where several appeals have already been filed and refused, because the record Google holds is by then part of what has to be answered.
What moves the price within the range
The policy Google cited is the largest single factor. In our experience the tiers run roughly like this:
- Lower tier: Suspicious Payment Activity, and Google Business Profile suspensions.
- Middle tier: Circumventing Systems Policy, and malicious software findings.
- Middle to upper tier: Unacceptable Business Practices, which varies most because the cause is often not obvious from the notice.
- Upper tier: Google Merchant Center suspensions, which involve a second Google product and a second set of requirements.
Three things push a quotation towards the top of the range:
- Multiple domains in or around the account, each of which has to be checked and evidenced.
- A history of appeals already filed, particularly where they were filed without changes and refused.
- An account that has exhausted its appeals. Where you can no longer file, the submission has to go through our own channel, which is more work and is priced accordingly.
What the fee includes
Everything from the first call to the decision:
- The free consultation, where we go through your business, what happened before and after the suspension, and the account itself.
- Onboarding — linking your account to our agency manager account, which needs only your Google Ads customer ID and never your password.
- A full analysis of the account: settings, payment profile, keywords, ads, landing pages and the documentation Google will want.
- A written document setting out the changes you need to make to your site.
- Collecting and preparing the documentation that has to accompany the appeal.
- Writing and filing the appeals, and liaising with Google directly throughout.
- Problem solving where the notice does not make the cause obvious, which is a large part of the work on the harder policies.
- Clear communication. You are told what we are doing and why, and you are the first to hear the outcome either way.
- Resubmissions at no extra charge. If an appeal is refused we go back, work out what else has to change, and file again. We work to a maximum of five submissions; on many cases three is enough. The fee is the same regardless of how many submissions it takes.
- Fourteen days of post-reinstatement support, included at no charge. Priced separately it would be £250.
What the fee does not include
Three things are deliberately outside it:
- Changes to your landing pages. We specify exactly what has to change; you or your developer make the change. We do not edit your website.
- Website or development work of any kind.
- Ongoing PPC management. Reinstatement work ends at reinstatement plus the support window. We do not take over running your campaigns as part of it.
We also do not edit your ads, keywords or campaigns during the appeal. That is a fixed policy, not a preference.
When you pay
One invoice, raised after your account has been reinstated. There are no instalments and no deposit. The sequence is always the same: free consultation, then a written proposal setting out the fee, then your signature, then the work, then the invoice once the account is back.
If the account is not reinstated, no invoice is raised. That is a billing arrangement rather than a guarantee of outcome — it governs when you are charged and nothing else, because the decision belongs to Google. There is more on how that works on our page about whether we charge if the account cannot be reinstated.
What happens if it is suspended again
The fourteen days of included support cover the period immediately after reinstatement, while the account is still linked to us and Google’s notices come to us directly. A fresh suspension inside that window is handled as part of the work already paid for.
A new suspension after the window closes is a new case and is quoted as one. The exception is our monthly retainer at £500 per month, which keeps your account linked to us beyond the fourteen days. On the retainer you do not need to tell us anything has happened: we see the notice, act on it immediately, and come to you for whatever documentation or site changes are needed.
When we decline the work
We turn down roughly 20 to 30% of the enquiries we receive, and we do it at the free consultation rather than after taking a fee. Some of that is a fatal flaw in the case itself — a fact Google checks that cannot be established, or cannot be made to line up with the account. There is a fuller account of those on our page about when a suspension cannot be fixed.
The rest is a question of what is being advertised. We do not take on gambling, or pornography and sexual content. We do not take on financial services advertised without the verification the market requires, or crypto services. And we vet for legitimacy: if the business model is itself against Google’s policies, or the enquiry is really a request to get around an enforcement rather than to answer it, we decline. We are not in the business of helping anyone circumvent Google’s decisions.
If your case carries a flaw like that, you will hear it on the free call, before you have paid anything.
A note on what a quotation is worth
Any firm quoting you a fixed price without having seen the account is quoting blind. The account has to be linked and reviewed before anyone can say honestly what the work involves — which is why our number comes after the consultation and the review, not before. If you want to know what your own case would cost, book a free consultation and we will tell you on the call, along with whether we think it can be won at all.
