Google asked you to complete business operations verification, or told you it couldn’t verify your business operations.
Google may ask you to “Answer a few questions about your business operations”. The questions are about your organisation, what you sell, your ads and the business relationships behind them. It can come up when a business resells, generates leads, runs a marketplace or relies on other suppliers.
This service isn’t for businesses that can’t document the relationships behind what they advertise, for example reselling a brand with no agreement. And we won’t describe a business model as something it isn’t.
Usually contracts, invoices and letters on letterhead that show how the business really works. Your website needs to tell the same story as your answers, so we check that too and list any changes.
How long preparation takes depends on your documents, and we’ll tell you once we’ve seen them. After you submit, Google says: “It can take up to 5 business days to review your task, and in rare cases, review time can take up to 30 days.”

“Not verified” means Google rejects the last submission included in your service, or we tell you in writing that another submission has no realistic chance. There’s no refund if, for example, you submit your own answers against our advice, hold back information we asked for, or the facts turn out to be materially different from what you told us. This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. All my company advertising was on stopped and I panicked. After 3 days of freaking out and many unsuccessful appeals with Google, I contacted Ad Restore and they managed to sort it in only 3 days. The communication was very professional. All above board.
