Advertiser Verification

Who this is for

Google has asked you to verify your identity or organisation, or your verification failed and your ads are paused.

Google’s wording is plain: “Your account will be paused if you don’t complete advertiser verification by the deadline.” This service is also for suspended advertisers who have been told to verify before they can appeal.

It isn’t for advertisers who have already used every attempt. Google says: “If you fail all attempts, you’ll no longer be allowed to appeal.” If that’s where you are, we’ll tell you and refund you in full. We also never present documents that don’t match the real business. Google says submitting false info “will be a violation of the Circumventing systems policy”.

Why attempts matter

Google limits failed verification attempts, so our service includes up to 2 submissions. We check your documents against Google’s UK requirements, your payments profile and your organisation details before you use another attempt. Identity steps, such as ID and a video selfie, are done by the person on your payments profile. We guide them through each step.

How it works

1. Buy online, or book a free consultation first if you’d rather talk it through.
2. We check every case within 1 working day before work starts. If we can’t take it on, you get a full refund.
3. We meet on Google Meet for up to 45 minutes, and you approve our manager-account link. We never ask for your password.
4. We work out why Google couldn’t verify you and what it needs to see.
5. We prepare your submission with you, up to 2 submissions.
6. We keep you updated by email or phone until Google decides.
7. Once your account is running again, 14 days of support is included.

Timing

How long preparation takes depends on your documents, and we’ll tell you once we’ve seen them. After you submit, Google says: “It can take up to 5 business days to review your task, and in rare cases, review time can take up to 30 days.”

Price and refunds

£300, paid up front. Prices are in GBP and no VAT is added (Ad Restore Ltd is not VAT registered).

• If we review your case and can’t take it on, you get a full refund.
• If your account isn’t verified after up to 2 submissions, you get a 50% refund.

“Not verified” means Google rejects the last submission included in your service, or we tell you in writing that another submission has no realistic chance. There’s no refund if, for example, you submit your own verification attempts against our advice or hold back information we asked for. The full conditions are in our refund policy and terms.

Questions

Does passing verification lift a suspension?

Not on its own. Google says a suspended account “will remain suspended until your appeal is granted”. If your account is suspended as well, see our suspension services.

Do I need to give you my password?

No. We work through a manager-account link that you approve.
