Refund if not reinstated

50% back, or 100% with Professional and Premium, if the account isn’t reinstated after the included appeals. A full refund if we can’t take your case on.

No passwords needed

We connect through a manager-account link that you approve, and you can remove it at any time.

The same routes as every advertiser

We use the same appeal and verification routes open to every advertiser, and the decision is always Google’s.

From the red bar to the reinstatement email

The notice names the policy, not the problem

We find what triggered the suspension before anything is sent, put it right, then write and submit the appeal through our manager account. Then it’s Google’s review, and nobody can promise the outcome.

One case, with its dates

Two suspensions in one week, both lifted

Dyfed Telecom, a UK telecoms provider, named with its permission. The dates are from Google’s emails and the account’s own screens.

  1. Suspended: Unacceptable Business Practices

An earlier appeal had already been closed on 19 Nov.

  2. Business operations verification submitted

Google’s long form, completed with the director: identity, payment, the domain and its records, contracts, Search Console.

  3. Suspension lifted

Google: “Your original account suspension for Unacceptable business practices has been lifted and your account has been reinstated.”

  4. Suspended again: Circumventing Systems

Four days after the reinstatement, inside our post-reinstatement support.

  5. Unsuspended

The account showed “Your account is unsuspended”. Handled as part of that support.

Google Ads account overview opened from the Ad Restore Ltd manager account: the banner Your account is unsuspended, and the date selector showing Today 27 Nov 2024; the client account and the manager account number are hidden to their last four digits

27 November 2024, 19:51. “Your account is unsuspended”, viewed from our manager account two days after the second suspension. Shown as it was; identifying details hidden.

The trigger. The business advertised Starlink installation, and Starlink is another company’s brand. The account had to make clear that the business installs Starlink and isn’t Starlink, and show that it was a genuine, established business.

Dated screens are what let us tell this case accurately, almost two years on. Every account is different, and only Google decides.

What we check before anything is sent

Before any appeal is written, we read the website the way a stranger from the ad would. Four of our 24 checks point at something on this one screen.

The first screen a visitor from the ad saw. A real case; identifying details hidden. Select a number to see its check.
  1. 1
Does every page say which company runs the site?

None of the five homepages said which company ran the site. This first screen showed logos, a tagline, one button and the cookie banner.

FixOne operator line on every page, in every language: registered name, company number, registered office, phone and email.

  2. 11
    Are your images honest?

Every image showed a finished building, though building work had only just started, and no page said they were renders.

FixLabel renders, for example “Computer-generated image, for illustration only; not contractual”.

  3. 23
Is every landing page fully in its own language?

Five homepages, one per language, and each one is checked. English text, including a map notice, appeared on the Polish one.

FixTranslate everything, including text your plugins add.

  4. 24
Does the landing page work for Google, and on a phone?

On a phone, this cookie banner covered the lower half of the first screen, with no company named above it.

FixMake sure nothing on the first screen hides who you are.

The other 20 cover the rest of the site and what sits off it: the legal pages, prices, demo content, the domain record and the brand owner’s website. The appeal is written only once the website passes. Read the 24-point website checklist

Once the appeal is in, the review is Google’s and its timing is Google’s. Nobody can promise reinstatement, which is why the refund terms are set out before you pay.

Who you’ll be working with

A real UK company, and a real person on your case

No stock photos and no invented testimonials. Our reviews are on Google, and the emails below are reinstatement emails from accounts we’ve worked on, with client details masked.

Gianluca Catinella, Director of Ad Restore Ltd
Gianluca Catinella
Director, Ad Restore Ltd

He came to this work from the receiving end. Running Google Ads for his own first business, he had an account suspended and found almost no support available to explain what had actually been flagged or how to put it right. He spent the months that followed reading the policies properly, and he now tracks Google’s policy changes as they ship.

You speak to a specialist from the first call. The person explaining your case is the person who has looked at your business.

“This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. […] We had an initial videocall. I could see that Gianluca was a real person and based in the UK. He is an industry expert in exactly what his company promises.”

Common questions

Before you start

How much does it cost, and what if my account isn’t reinstated?

Each service has a fixed price, paid up front: Suspicious Payment Activity £300, Advertiser Verification £300, Google Business Profile Reinstatement £300, Business Operations Verification £400, Circumventing Systems from £450, Unacceptable Business Practices from £500 and Merchant Center Misrepresentation from £800. Prices are in GBP and no VAT is added.

Unacceptable Business Practices, Circumventing Systems and Merchant Center Misrepresentation come in three tiers: Essential, bought online, and Professional or Premium, agreed with you after a free case check or our £200 audit. If we review your case and can’t take it on, you get a full refund. If your account isn’t reinstated after the included appeals, you get a 50% refund with Essential and the single-price services, or 100% with Professional and Premium. Reinstatement is Google’s decision and nobody can promise it, which is why the refund terms are set out before you pay.

Do I have to give anyone my password to appeal a Google Ads suspension?

No. We never hold your sign-in details. We handle the linking, and an admin on your account authorises it.

Nothing is linked until they do. You keep ownership throughout and can unlink at any time. Google’s own security guidance for advertisers says not to share logins.

Read the full answer

Can a Google Ads account be suspended again after reinstatement?

Yes. That’s why every service includes 14 days of post-reinstatement support. After reinstatement we stay linked for 14 days and deal with any new disapprovals or policy flags straight away. The 14 days start the day Google’s reinstatement email arrives, and Google’s notices come to us through the manager account link.

Day 1 you get stability guidance. Day 3 we audit for disapproved ads and flagged keywords. Day 7 we watch for new policy flags and limited serving. Day 14 the window closes. It’s included in the price, with nothing extra to pay.

How post-reinstatement support works

Why did my Google Ads appeal get rejected?

Most rejected appeals were filled in rather than built: a short assertion of innocence, no changes to the account, and no engagement with the specific policy at issue. An appeal saying you have done nothing wrong gives a reviewer no fact to check.

The rejection names the policy but not the section of it, so most people appeal against the wrong thing. Repeat submissions risk automated rejection, and for a disapproved ad Google limits each ad to three appeals.

What documents does Google want for a suspension appeal?

Narrower than most people expect: proof of who you are, proof that the business exists, and proof that you control what you advertise.

In practice that means government-issued photo identification for an authorised representative, business registration records, evidence tying the company to its trading address, and domain ownership. Every detail must match the account, and Google rules out screenshots and photocopies.

Read the full answer

Can a Google Ads suspension be permanent?

Yes. A small number genuinely cannot be fixed, and you deserve to hear which before you pay anyone anything. A suspension is effectively unrecoverable when the facts of the account cannot be made to correlate.

That includes no longer controlling a domain still sitting in the account, advertising another company’s products with no contractual agreement, or documentation that cannot come from the person who owns the account. We do not work in gambling, or in pornography and sexual content. If your case carries a fatal flaw, we name it at the free consultation rather than bill you to discover it.
