AdRestore specialist reviewing a suspended Google Ads account

Expert Solutions for Google Ads Suspension and High-Performance PPC Campaigns

AdRestore specialises in one thing: understanding exactly why Google suspends advertising accounts, and building the evidence-based case to get them reinstated.

Every appeal starts with a full audit of your account, payment history and ad content against Google’s own policies — not a template response. A Suspicious Payment Activity flag, a Circumventing Systems violation and an Unacceptable Business Practices suspension are three different problems with three different fixes, and we handle each one differently.

Not sure which policy triggered the enforcement on your account? Our guide to how Google Ads suspension policies work explains what each notice actually means, our Google Ads suspension appeal services set out the process in full, and our reinstatement case studies show how comparable accounts were brought back into compliance.

This guy is the real deal. Google bots suspended my ads account with no warning through some silly automated system. All my company advertising was on stopped and I panicked. After 3 days of freaking out and many unsuccessful appeals with Google, I contacted Ad Restore and they managed to sort it in only 3 days. The communication was very professional. All above board. We had an initial videocall. I could see that Gianluca was a real person and based in the UK. He is an industry expert in exactly what his company promises. The price for getting this fixed so quickly was worth it to my business. Nothing good or useful is cheap. You get what you pay for, and he delivered admirably. Off the back of this relationship I will be using them for other advertising based services.

After almost 2 years of going back and forth with Google trying everything I could to get my Ads account reinstated—with no success—I finally decided to seek professional help. I came across Ad Restore, and taking that leap of faith turned out to be the best decision I’ve made for my business in a while. From the very beginning Gianluca, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I’ll be honest, giving someone access to your Google account is nerve-racking, but Gianluca's professionalism and transparency immediately put my mind at ease. He had my account back up and running in under 2 weeks, which was nothing short of amazing considering how long I’d been stuck. His service didn’t just stop at fixing the issue either—he’s continued to provide support and guidance making sure my first ad/campaign post recovery had no issues, and just generally going above and beyond. And all of this at a very reasonable price. I honestly can’t thank or recommend Gianluca and Ad Restore enough. If you're struggling with your Google Ads account, don’t waste another minute—Gianluca is your guy.

Common Questions About Google Ads Suspensions

It means nothing is charged up front, and an invoice is raised only once your Google Ads account has been reinstated. If the account is not reinstated, no invoice is raised.

No fix, no fee is a fee arrangement, not an outcome guarantee — reinstatement is Google’s decision and nobody can promise it. We decline about 20 to 30% of the enquiries we receive for that reason, rather than take a fee for work that cannot succeed.

No. We never hold your sign-in details. The only account identifier we need is your Google Ads customer ID, which we use to send a manager account link request from our own manager account.

Google then contacts you directly to confirm the request, and the link exists only once you accept it. You keep ownership throughout and can unlink at any time. Google’s own security guidance for advertisers says not to share logins.

Yes, which is why every account we recover is offered a fixed 14-day support window, starting the day Google’s reinstatement email arrives. The account stays linked to our manager account, so Google’s notices come to us and we act on them.

Day 1 you get stability guidance. Day 3 we audit for disapproved ads and flagged keywords. Day 7 we watch for new policy flags and limited serving. Day 14 the window closes. The support is free, but it depends on the invoice being settled.

Most rejected appeals were filled in rather than built: a short assertion of innocence, no changes to the account, and no engagement with the specific policy at issue. An appeal saying you have done nothing wrong gives a reviewer no fact to check.

The rejection names the policy but not the section of it, so most people appeal against the wrong thing. Repeat submissions risk automated rejection, and for a disapproved ad Google limits each ad to three appeals.

Narrower than most people expect: proof of who you are, proof that the business exists, and proof that you control what you advertise.

In practice that means government-issued photo identification for an authorised representative, business registration records, evidence tying the company to its trading address, and domain ownership. Every detail must match the account, and Google rules out screenshots and photocopies.

Yes. A small number genuinely cannot be fixed, and you deserve to hear which before you pay anyone anything. A suspension is effectively unrecoverable when the facts of the account cannot be made to correlate.

That includes no longer controlling a domain still sitting in the account, advertising another company’s products with no contractual agreement, or documentation that cannot come from the person who owns the account. We do not work in gambling, or in pornography and sexual content. If your case carries a fatal flaw, we name it at the free consultation rather than bill you to discover it.
